PBE500 Electric V- type ball valve is a rotating ball valve that trim is metal or metal on the PTFE seal. It's absorbed best control characteristics in ball valve and butterfly valve, not only as control adjustment valve, but also as cut off valve. Following are the main features:

◆ There aren't any pipe joints of integral valve, therefore it's not subject to pipe or bolt influence, pressure case will not be subject to "mutation" of pressure.

◆ With V- type body, even if in low flow rate or high viscosity media, it can also guarantee accuracy of control within framework.

◆ Leakage-proof and durable seat with stainless steel trim of PTFE cup -shaped or O-ring  in outer diameter. Valve is made of a large cross-section tungsten carbide, bellows spring of the alloy enhance the structure of the seat.

◆ When valve is closed, V- notch and seat bring about wedge-shaped shearing, not only self-cleaning, also prevent trim being stuck, especially it's suitable for freezing pipeline or containing fibers and particles of solid occasions. It's suitable for media of high viscosity, suspension, unclean paper pulp and fiber containing.  Directly connection connected with actuator .The advantage are compact structure, small size, light weight, resistance movements, stable and reliable. Actuator can be equipped with PBQ electronic actuator. It is used for adjusting media flow, pressure, liquid level.
